The second single off their forthcoming album Children. “Men of the West” wastes no time getting into a heavy riff. The lyrics stand out in the single along with the rest of the album diving into topics of war, misinformation, rising toxic masculinity and politics. The lyrical delivery in “Men of the West” differs from their usual political commentary and gives a tale of an ancient battle. The ending contains a metal-esque breakdown which adds to the heavy sound from the band.
